Compensation plans are subject to the terms of the applicable Independent Contractor Agreement. Certain transaction categories and company-generated opportunities are governed by separate compensation arrangements.
The first 50 qualifying agents accepted into Hi Membership can secure a continuing waiver of the standard $395 residential sales transaction fee. The benefit remains in place for as long as the agent stays continuously affiliated with Hi and continuously enrolled in Membership.
Apply for Founding 50Available to the first 50 qualifying Membership agents. The waiver is personal and nontransferable and ends if continuous Membership or affiliation is interrupted. Eligibility and complete terms are established by the Independent Contractor Agreement.
We're building a real estate brokerage, not a recruiting tree. When an agent you personally refer officially affiliates with Hi, you can earn a $199 Hi Credit toward qualifying future amounts owed to the brokerage. No downlines. No levels. Just a simple way to recognize great introductions.
Credits have no cash value and are subject to the Hi Referral Credit program terms.

Area Directors serve as a connection between agents and brokerage leadership, with responsibilities and potential performance-based incentives established through a separate written agreement.
Take on broader leadership responsibilities by helping develop Area Directors, coordinating regional growth and supporting the expansion of Hi throughout Florida. Regional Directors are selected and appointed by the statewide Managing Broker based on demonstrated performance, leadership ability and brokerage needs.
Leadership appointments are discretionary, subject to qualifications, brokerage approval and separate written terms. Advancement is not automatic or guaranteed. All director activities remain subject to Managing Broker oversight and applicable Florida law.
